Returns
At SOBO Beauty, we offer a standard 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received.
Please Note:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Hygiene products
- Personal care items that have been opened
To process your return, a valid order receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, you will receive a SOBO Beauty exclusive discount coupon equivalent to your refund amount. This coupon will have no expiry date and can be used for any future purchase on our store.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund process to be completed.
For International Shipments:
- Refunds for international orders apply only to the product value.
- Shipping charges for international orders are non-refundable once the shipment has left our facility.
Products Bought on Sale
Products purchased during sale periods, promotions, or special offers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless the product is damaged or defective.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
